La Ministra Gelmini con la CM n. 37 ha diramato le istruzioni per tagliare oltre 25 mila posti nella scuola statale; anche quest´anno, come già l´anno scorso, ha disposto tali tagli non solo sulla base di uno schema di Decreto Interministeriale (e quindi senza un regolare Decreto), ma violando tutte le leggi vigenti. Non sono state sentite difatti né le Commissioni parlamentari, né la Conferenza Unificata Stato-Regioni-Comuni e Provincie; inoltre per la scuola secondaria di II grado non sono stati pubblicati i regolamenti su cui si basano i nuovi organici. In conclusione anche quest´anno la Ministra Gelmini interviene in modo pesante sulla scuola statale; finora però non c´è stata alcuna reazione concreta ed incisiva. Noi cercheremo con i mezzi che abbiamo a disposizione di contestare anche questi tagli; abbiamo già in corso un ricorso per contestare le disposizioni sulle iscrizioni nelle scuole secondarie di 2° grado; impugneremo anche questi provvedimenti. Ma le azioni legali, pur necessarie, non sono sufficienti; è necessaria una forte iniziativa politica; i partiti di opposizione, le Regioni governate dalla sinistra, gli Enti locali, le OO.SS cosa fanno?
