I worked between 2005 and 2008 a document
on the theme "ideas for reform on the high school" .
motifs and general considerations: schools in Italy, restricting speech to high school, is pegged to an exhausted and individualistic education that must be changed from the ground up starting from the work in the classroom, by corporate bodies and a serious on-going training which should begin last year at university and continue throughout the professional life of teachers.
There is a general malaise and a broken communication and a lack of substantial dialogue between the actors within the schools, combined with opportunism that can not continue. The burnout phenomenon is working under the table and producing devastating results.
do not believe in institutional reform that rain down from a table of experts. The worst outcome at the level of riasultati and general education (which are, in my feeling, much more serious than they appear in statistical surveys) will only increase without a revolution from below tends to values \u200b\u200band practices in the context School: breakdown of fixed time framework of classes, the employment contract of 35 hours teaching and testing (team and laboratories, etc.), the inclusion of students as tutors institutional figure, elimination of various forms of insecurity, inter-sectoral mobility.
You can start from those practices of self-reform submerged that already exist and still need to do an analysis and an ongoing review of their work and to have open trade in a working group to avoid the routine practices exhausted. If it can be a radical change, I see that as networks expand like wildfire to local realities.
tools of the Web can accelerate the process of expanding.
Thanking you and I hope a dialogue between us.
